Website privacy policy

Updated: 11 October 2026 · עברית

This policy covers the public Shopping Ads Solutions agency website at shoppingadssolutions.com, its contact forms, visitor tracking and meeting scheduling. Separate client services and integrations are described in our agency and integration privacy policy. For public website information, this website policy is the current notice.

1. Who is responsible for your information?

The data controller is Michael Chachashvili, trading as Shopping Ads Solutions, Israel. Contact him about privacy, access or correction at michael@shoppingadssolutions.com or +972 53 221 1958.

2. Contact forms and inquiries

Our meeting-request forms ask for your name, store URL, phone number and email address. Name is optional; the other fields are currently required to send the form. If you email or contact us through WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send. Please provide only information needed for your inquiry and avoid sensitive information or other people’s private details.

Providing information is voluntary and is not required by law. Without the required fields we cannot receive a request through the form; you may contact us by email instead. Submitting a request asks us to use these details to answer the inquiry, assess the requested agency service and arrange a call. It does not grant permission for optional tracking or subscribe you to promotional mailing.

Form submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress/Elementor submission system and sent by email to the agency team handling the inquiry. Website hosting, technical support and email providers may process the information to provide these services. Technical records may include your IP address, browser information, page and submission time for operation, security and troubleshooting.

Marketing email and SMS are separate, optional choices. Neither box is checked by default or required to ask for a call. Selecting a box allows Shopping Ads Solutions to send promotional messages through that channel. Your choice and the consent wording version are saved with the inquiry and its submission details. Leaving a box unchecked does not grant consent for that channel. Allowing cookies or optional tracking does not subscribe you to email or SMS marketing.

You can stop marketing at any time using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting michael@shoppingadssolutions.com. Unsubscribing stops marketing for that channel; it does not necessarily delete inquiry, transaction or legally required records. We may retain a minimal suppression record to honour your choice.

3. Scheduling and external services

After a successful meeting request, or when you follow our direct scheduling link, Calendly is used to select a meeting time. Its embedded calendar loads when you request scheduling. Calendly receives technical information needed to provide the calendar and any booking details you enter there. Its privacy policy explains its processing. You can arrange a conversation by emailing us instead.

WhatsApp, social profiles and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. We do not load an external social profile merely because its link appears on the page. Public fonts, animation libraries and other website resources may be delivered by technical providers who receive normal network information, such as an IP address.

4. Optional analytics, session replay and advertising

Our Google Tag Manager container is configured with Google Analytics for website usage and event measurement; Microsoft Clarity for behaviour analysis and session replay; Meta Pixel for advertising measurement; TikTok Pixel for advertising measurement; and conversion-linking and website interaction tags. A configured tag may not load or record every event. We do not currently list LinkedIn Insight Tag as an installed website tracker.

The entire optional tracking container stays unloaded until you select “Allow optional tracking”. Rejecting or ignoring the banner keeps it blocked. These technologies can process online identifiers, device/browser details, IP-derived location, page visits and interactions, and can set cookies. Advertising platforms may associate these signals with information they hold. Clarity may record page interactions; our form areas are marked for masking.

These tools share one container and are offered as one clearly described optional group. You can reject the entire group and still browse, read our pages and contact us. Our website event code does not intentionally send contact-form names, email addresses, phone numbers, store URLs or free-text submissions as analytics event parameters. Google’s advertising-user-data consent remains denied.

Use Privacy settings in the footer to change your choice. Rejecting after acceptance removes known tracking cookies accessible to this site and reloads the page to stop the installed trackers. Browser restrictions can prevent deletion of some cookies; you can also clear them through browser settings. Withdrawal stops future optional tracking here; it cannot undo information already received by another service.

Your choice and its date are stored locally under sas-privacy-choice-v1 for 180 days, with no contact details. Other local storage may remember accessibility preferences. These preferences serve your requested settings. If storage is unavailable, optional tracking remains blocked until you choose to allow it for that page.

Provider information: Google, Microsoft, Meta, and TikTok.

5. Use, sharing and international processing

We use inquiry information for the purposes explained above, and technical records to operate and protect the site and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is intended for the personnel and service providers handling those purposes. We do not sell website personal information. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably needed to establish or protect legal rights.

Email, scheduling, hosting and tracking providers may process information outside Israel. Transfers must meet applicable Israeli transfer rules and, where relevant, other applicable data-protection rules. The choice to allow optional tracking applies to the disclosed tracking providers; submitting a form is a separate request to handle your inquiry.

Our website runs on WordPress/Elementor, with DigitalOcean hosting identified by the agency. Resend is configured to deliver website notification emails, and Google Workspace is used for agency email and calendars. HubSpot is used to manage business contacts and correspondence; its connected email/calendar services may process inquiry information. HubSpot’s primary account data-hosting region is the European Union (Germany). We have disabled this account’s use of customer data for HubSpot AI model training. This setting does not mean all processing by HubSpot or its service providers stops. See HubSpot’s privacy policy and Resend’s privacy policy.

6. Retention and protection

Inquiry and technical information is retained for as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, security and applicable legal obligations. This policy does not promise automatic deletion on a fixed date. You may ask about information held and request deletion where applicable; records needed under law or for legal rights may be retained.

Michael reviews stored information at least annually to identify information no longer needed, including inquiries, business-contact records and copies in email or spreadsheets. Deletion or anonymisation is considered in light of the purpose, legal obligations and any need to honour unsubscribe requests. The review is not a promise that all records are deleted automatically each year.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and secure connections. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Information no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised in accordance with the applicable requirements.

7. Your rights under Israeli law

Under sections 13 and 14 of the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, subject to its conditions and exceptions, you can request access to personal information about you held in a database and request correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date. Other rights, including deletion or withdrawal requests, may apply depending on the information, its use and applicable law.

Send requests to michael@shoppingadssolutions.com, identifying the relevant inquiry or information. We may ask for proportionate information to verify identity and protect others’ privacy. Avoid sending identity documents or sensitive information unless a suitable secure method has been agreed.

8. Changes and contact

We update this policy when website practices change and revise the date above. If purposes or providers materially change, the associated notice and consent controls need to be updated. Questions can be sent to Michael at the privacy contact above.
